Up, Up, and Away!
September 07, 2010
For months the New Belle Valley School has been under construction. The building foot print has been the focus until now. Today was an exciting day of construction for the New Building. The first section of the concrete wall that will eventually be the gymnasium and multipurpose room was lifted into place by a crane during the 9:00am hour. By the end of the day several pieces were put in place. For the first time we are seeing vertical movement in the building construction.
To the left of the concrete walls the steel frame for the elementary wing is also taking shape. It will not be long before each section will be apparent. Be sure to keep up with the progress by viewing the web cams. Using the arrows in the lower left hand corner of the picture on the web cam page you are able to see pictures that are updated every 15 minutes.
