Middle School POP Award Winners ~ May 2016

Aidan has been nominated by the 5th grade teachers to be May’s Person of Pride.  Aidan is a wonderful and well-rounded student.  He sets a great example for all other students by always trying his best and following directions with every teacher that he has throughout the day.  His teachers are always happy to see him because they know he gives 100% effort in his work.  Aidan walks in to homeroom every day ready to work.  He is extremely respectful to everyone around him and works well with others.  Aidan is an amazing student to have in class.

Congratulations Aidan, keep it up!

Desiree is the Sixth Grade Pop Award Winner for May. Desi has proven herself so far this year and really deserves this recognition.  She has a very likable and fun personality to go with a great work ethic.  Desi participates in class discussion and is always prepared for class.  She is a good friend and has the respect of her peers.  Other 6th graders could look to her as an excellent example of what a top-notch student and person is like.  All of the 6th grade teachers enjoy having her in class as well.  Desi will be very successful in life due to these fine character traits she displays daily.  Congratulations,

The 7th grade Person of PRIDE for the month of May is Alex. Congratulation Alex!  Alex is a considerate young man who treats his friends, peers, and teachers with respect.  Alex comes to class prepared to learn and participate in class activities.  Alex is a hard worker in the classroom and outside the classroom where he shows PRIDE in his character and at the alley when bowling. Alex is always in a good mood with a contagious smile.  Keep up the good work, Alex!

Sydney is the 8th grade Person of Pride for May. Sydney is a pleasure to have in class because she always completes her assignments on time, takes pride in her school work, and is kind and respectful to those around her. In addition to her classroom success, she is also very helpful and caring towards her fellow classmates and teachers. Whenever there is an opportunity to help those around her, Sydney is the first to volunteer. She pushes herself academically as well as with extra-curricular activities. Sydney displays many qualities that make her an excellent student and candidate for the Person of Pride award. Given all of these qualities, her future looks very bright and as her teachers, we know she will go on to do great things. Congratulations Sydney!
