A Message From The BV Board President!
As President of Belle Valley School Dist. 119, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who worked so diligently to help get our referendum passed on April 7. This was a monumental event!
Words can not express my appreciation for all of the volunteers who walked, called, developed materials and spent their time to make sure the citizens of our district received the message of our plight. I specifically want to thank Mr. Gaines Smith, our Building Chairman, for all of his hours of dedication to making sure this referendum is a reality. Foremost, I want to thank the citizens of our district who heard us and supported this proposition. Your support is always our first priority. Our Board has been of single voice since this episode began; the safety of our children is paramount and the education they receive should always be first qualtiy.
I will do all I can to continue to garner your support as we proceed down the path of development. This district can be proud of the legacy left to us by past superintendents and boards of education. With the development of this facility, Belle Valley will continue to be a leader in the educational community and a district the citizens can always be proud of.
Thank you , again, to everyone who has helped insure a quality education for all of the children living in our boundaries.
