Greetings! My name is Erin Jbour, and I am the Behavior Focus Room teacher at Belle Valley South. My classroom aid is Mrs. Jennifer Largent.
We teach all core academics in our classroom as well as Keyboarding and Art. In addition, we have a strong focus on teaching appropriate behaviors and interacting with our peers. We use a leveled reward system to reinforce the expectations we have for our students.
I received my Bachelors degree in Special Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2006. This is my 5th year teaching at BVS and I am proud to call it my "home".
My husband NJ and I just welcomed our second son, Kostas on October 26, 2010. We are also the EXTREMELY proud parents of our 12 year-old son, Mack. He is a seventh grader at Saints Peter and Paul in Collinsville, Illinois.
